all over the place. just like life. pretty much.

sometimes you take what’s given

like these pigeons. every day (or so) the lawn (really. with “keep off the grass signs, too) sprinklers sprinkle for a few minutes. the birds use this time and the minutes right after, to drink, wade, soak, primp and preen and debug.

the whole spa/lounge scene.

conveniently located just outside my door. and prolly more interesting in real time than in these fotos. but it gives me some practice. then too, occasionally i can get out into the world and run across,f’rinstance, an american coot.

i have some pics of a weird old coot too, but we don’t need to go there right now.

weather channel says it’s 70f in las vegas, with 18% humidity. that’s given, and i’m grateful for it. but i need also some direct sunlight. have to go get that. now.

got peace? cool. later.

  3. I especially love the patterns of the pigeons’ wings which match the patterns of the wet stones. Clever birds, clever stones, clever kimmi.

  4. thanks all. i especially appreciate that you continue to come here and offer encouragement and comfort. hopefully, soonish, i’ll be back to some sort of regular…something.
right now there’s no net connection at “home” (at least i have “a place” for now. so online i’m either at mcdonalds (costy and otherwise unpleasant) or in or outside the library. neither is a comfortable effective work environment. but.
    thanks agin. back later.
